Why Do People study In College
A college is a place that the student can learn more knowledge and experience them. Of course, different people have different reason to study in a college. For example, some people want to go on a further study after they graduate from the college; some people hope to find a good job after their study in the college; and some other people wish to change their present situation through studying in the college. in my opinion, no matter what reason people study in the college is, studying in the college is just preparation for their future life. first of all, student can learn new knowledge and get experiences from their study in the college. there are many teachers, professor with abundant teaching experience who teach student lots of knowledge and help them to solve the problem in their study. Due to their helpful guidance, students can learn a lot af useful basic and professional knowledge for their future work and study. After finishing their study in the college, students can go to work among the society and contribute to different fields.
Secondly, student can learn how to arrenge their own time reasonably. Before studying in a college, their lives were often arrenged by their parents, while their studies were arranged by their teacher. It is very different for them to live and study in a college, because students studying in a college have to arrange their life and study by themselves. they have rights to arrange their time, such as when to get up, when to do sport, when to finish the assignment, etc. This is a very important experience for students' work and life in the future.
thirdly, studying in the college makes students having opportunities to live with other students and learn how to cooperate with other people. People usually have uncomfortable feeling to live with a stranger, because they do not each other. Perhaps, their habits and personalities are different. But for the long run, it is good for them. They have to cooperate with each other and solve a lot of problems they will face together. Gradually, They can learn how to care and understand other people. It is also a preparation for students to be able to cooperate with other people in the society.
All in all, students cannot only learn lots of knowledge from the books, but also can learn more necessary experiences, such as how to arrange the time and how to cooperate with other people.
